Now No More In-Person Visits: PACI's Latest Update Offers New Certificates on 'Sahel' App

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) launched four new certificates on the unified government "Sahel" app, expanding digital services to simplify procedures for citizens and residents.

The certificates now available include statements of previous nationality, previous name, previous address, and a "To Whom It May Concern" document in English.

PACI stated the move supports its digital transformation efforts, enabling faster access without in-person visits.
