KUWAIT CITY, Nov 18: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has announced that establishments will now receive advance notifications through the “Sahel Business” application informing them of the scheduled date of an inspector’s visit. The presence of the employer or an authorized representative will be mandatory during the inspection.

According to PAM, the notification will be automatically sent through the “Sahel Business” app whenever an establishment submits an inspection request for any relevant service. These services include needs assessment, technical inspection, and housing suitability inspection, all of which are requested through the “Ashal” portal dedicated to company services.

The Authority emphasized that this step aims to streamline the inspection process, ensure transparency, and facilitate smoother coordination between inspectors and business owners.
