KUWAIT CITY, Jul 23: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has introduced a new electronic service allowing companies to add or cancel authorized representatives on their labour files through the As’hal Companies Portal, simplifying procedures and reducing the need for in-person visits.
The service enables authorized company signatories to manage representatives registered on company files through PAM’s online business services platform.
Steps to Add a Representative / Mandoup to a Company FileAccording to PAM’s service guide, the authorized signatory must follow these steps:
- Log in to the As’hal Companies system through the online portal.
- From the File Services menu, select the option:“Register a Representative on a File.”
- The system will display the details of all workers registered under the company’s file.
- The company representative selects the worker who needs to be registered as an authorized representative.
- The selected worker’s information will appear on the screen for verification, including details such as:
- The user submits the request through the system.
- The request is automatically approved electronically, and the selected worker is immediately registered as a representative on the company file.
PAM stated that the representative registration remains valid from the date of approval until the expiry date of the worker’s work permit.
After approval, the registered representative must log in through the My Identity application (digital wallet) and access:
