Noose seals fate of two Indians in Kuwait drug bust

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 6: The Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Khaled Al-Tahous, sentenced two Indian expatriates to death for their involvement in an international drug trafficking network operating outside the country. Earlier, the Ministry of Interior announced a major security operation targeting the network, successfully thwarting a criminal plot and seizing large quantities of narcotics before they could reach the local market. The suspects were arrested by the Drug Control General Department in the residential areas of Kaifan and Shuwaikh. They were found in possession of large amounts of narcotics, including 14 kilograms of heroin and 8 kilograms of methamphetamine, intended for distribution within Kuwait.
