No Regard for Traffic Laws - Reckless Drivers Tailgate and Speed on Kuwait's Salmi Road

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 1: A video shared on social media (by Naif bin Tawaleh ) has drawn attention to dangerous driving practices on Salmi Road, showing motorists allegedly putting their lives and the lives of other road users at risk.

According to bin Tawaleh, some drivers were travelling without their vehicle lights switched on and exceeding the speed limit. He said he was particularly shocked when he suddenly found vehicles dangerously behind, with no warning or flashing of headlights.

The incident highlights the dangers of tailgating, particularly at high speeds and during conditions where visibility was reduced. Driving without lights and failing to maintain a safe distance can significantly increase the risk of serious accidents.

Expressing his anger over the conduct of the motorists, bin Tawaleh called for strict disciplinary action against reckless drivers, saying such behavior should not be tolerated on Kuwait's roads.
