No Radiation Threat in Kuwait, National Guard Assures Public

Kuwait National Guard releases servicemen serving disciplinary sentences for Eid Al-Adha.

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 3: Kuwait’s National Guard has dismissed circulating social media claims about a possible radiation leak in the country, affirming that no such incident has occurred.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), spokesperson Brigadier General Dr. Jadaan Fadel confirmed that radiation levels in the atmosphere and territorial waters remain within normal limits.

He added that specialized teams are continuously monitoring the situation, with advanced radiation detection systems operating around the clock to ensure public safety.
