No plan to import water, rumors baseless

KUWAIT CITY, May 26: The Minister of Electricity and Water and Minister of State for Social Affairs and Community Development, Dr Mashaan Al-Otaibi, said the ministry does not plan to import water from outside the State of Kuwait, stressing that what is said in this regard are baseless rumors. This came during his response to a parliamentary question submitted by MP Slahil Al-Mudhaf who wanted to know the validity of rumors about importing water from abroad.
