No photography/video filming in any of MOH premises

KUWAIT CITY, May 12: The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Mostafa Reda, issued a circular stating that employees and visitors are not be allowed to photograph/video film inside the ministry and its health facilities, without obtaining a prior permission, asking everyone to abide by what was stated in the circular to avoid falling into legal issues.

The circular pointed out that it has observed in the recent period that the employees and visitors inside health facilities have been photographed/video filmed without permission from the ministry which contradicts the privacy and comfort of patients and the medical staff.

Therefore taking photos/videos is strictly prohibited in the interest of health, safety and privacy of everyone and in application of the laws.
