KUWAIT CITY, Sept 16: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has launched an electronic service that lets Kuwaiti citizens change their residential address through the unified government services application, Sahel, without visiting PACI offices.

The service lets users update their address based on their type of residence, such as rented accommodation or their parents’ home.

To use the service, citizens can open the Sahl application, select Public Authority for Civil Information services, go to “Individual Services,” and choose “Change Kuwaiti Address.”

Users can then select the type of property where the address will be registered, such as “rent” or “parents’ house,” and complete the required information and documents shown in the application to submit the address change request electronically.

PACI said the service is part of efforts to expand digital government services, simplify procedures and reduce the time and effort required to update residential and civil address information.
