No Office Visit Needed: PACI Launches Building Unit Certificate Service on Sahel

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3 : The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has launched a new electronic service allowing users to obtain a Building Unit Statement Certificate through the Sahel government application.

PACI said the service is part of its ongoing efforts to expand digital services, simplify procedures and make government transactions more accessible to beneficiaries.

The new service allows users to request the certificate electronically without having to visit PACI offices in person.

The initiative forms part of the authority’s efforts to improve service delivery and facilitate transactions through digital platforms.
