In an official statement, the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media at the Ministry of Interior explained that the incident was a minor dispute between two inmates in one of the prison wards, and that security personnel on duty immediately addressed the matter. The situation was brought under control according to established security procedures, and both parties were summoned and the necessary measures were taken against them. The ministry affirmed that the situation inside the Central Prison is stable and under control. It urged the public to verify information and not be influenced by rumors or the circulation of inaccurate reports, and to rely only on information from official sources.
