KUWAIT CITY, Sept 18: This morning, as the new school year commenced in full swing, a significant portion of the country’s major roadways and streets grappled with substantial traffic congestion, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
Despite the introduction of the Civil Service Commission’s “flexible working hours” initiative for government agency employees and the dedicated endeavors of the Ministry of Interior’s security and traffic divisions to enhance traffic flow across various governorates, the first day witnessed unavoidable traffic gridlock.
