New Sahel Service Allows Expats to Update Arabic Names Without Visiting Offices

KUWAIT CITY, March 12 : The General Authority for Civil Information has announced the launch of a new Arabic name update service through the Sahhal app, aiming to facilitate transactions and expand the use of electronic services amid current exceptional circumstances.

The initiative allows visitors to complete their transactions entirely online, eliminating the need to visit the Authority’s offices. Officials said the move will reduce congestion, streamline procedures, and help safeguard public safety while enhancing efficiency in service delivery.
