KUWAIT CITY, Nov 27: Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has launched a new e-service on the Sahel application to assist travelers in locating lost items at the airport or on board aircraft. The “Lost and Found” service enables passengers to report and track missing personal belongings—excluding checked baggage—whether the items belong to them or to someone else. The initiative aims to streamline procedures, enhance traveler convenience, and improve service efficiency within Kuwait’s civil aviation sector. The DGCA emphasized that the new feature reflects ongoing efforts to expand digital transformation across government services. The service is now available through the Sahel app for all users.
