New Rule: Expats in Kuwait Allowed to Own Up to Three Vehicles

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 27: The Ministry of Interior has clarified that expats in Kuwait are permitted to own a maximum of three vehicles for personal use, according to Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Bouhassan, Assistant Director of the Traffic Awareness Department.

Bouhassan explained that the permitted vehicles may include motorcycles, pickup trucks, or other types of cars. He added that while expats can renew the registrations of existing vehicles, they are not allowed to register additional ones beyond the three-vehicle limit.
