KUWAIT CITY, June 22: In a significant move to enhance emergency response capabilities, the acting Chief of the General Fire Force, Major General Khaled Abdullah Fahd, has established a technical team tasked with developing a project to connect fire alarm systems in buildings directly to the Central Operations Department of the General Fire Force. This initiative aims to ensure rapid response to accidents and emergencies.
Brigadier General Muhammad Al-Gharib, Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, highlighted that the project's primary goal is to leverage modern technology to safeguard lives and property, thereby enhancing community security.
"The integration of fire alarm systems with our central operations will revolutionize how quickly and efficiently we can respond to emergencies," stated Brigadier General Al-Gharib. "This project underscores our commitment to utilizing advanced technology to protect our citizens and their properties."
The study being prepared by the technical team will outline the necessary steps and technological requirements to implement this ambitious project. Once operational, this system is expected to significantly reduce response times and improve the overall effectiveness of fire and emergency services across the country.
