New Hearing Date: Exam Papers Leak Case Now Set for October 24

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: The Criminal Court has set Oct 24, 2023, to look into the high school exam leaks case to summon the investigation officer and gather his testimony. The defendants are facing charges of money laundering amounting to 308 thousand dinars, reports Al-Rai daily.

In today’s proceedings, the Criminal Court addressed the case involving 11 defendants, comprising teachers and administrators from the Ministry of Education.

The defense team requested that the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education be summoned to give his testimony.
