KUWAIT CITY, June 30: Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) has announced new fuel prices for the three months from July 1 to September 30, following the Cabinet decision to review fuel prices periodically.
According to the approved pricing schedule, "Premium 91" gasoline will remain at 85 fils per liter, while "Super 95" gasoline will be priced at 105 fils per liter.
The prices of diesel and kerosene will remain unchanged at 115 fils per liter.
The company also announced an increase in the price of "Ultra 98" gasoline, which will rise to 275 fils per liter, compared with 225 fils per liter during the previous period from April 1 to June 30.
KNPC said the revised prices were approved by the committee responsible for reviewing state subsidy programs and were set in line with the government’s periodic fuel pricing mechanism.
