KUWAIT CITY, Aug 20: Security authorities have registered two separate cases following the deaths of two expatriates in incidents reported in Al-Qusour and on the Seventh Ring Road toward Fintas.

In the first case, an Egyptian construction worker died after falling from a height at a worksite in the Al-Qusour area. A security patrol was dispatched to the location after the Ministry of Interior’s operations room received a report about the incident. Upon arrival, security personnel found the worker lying on the ground, while paramedics confirmed that he had died at the scene.

The investigator ordered forensic experts to remove the body and referred it for further examination. A case was registered to determine the circumstances surrounding the fall and whether any safety violations or negligence may have contributed to the accident.

In a separate incident, a Nepalese resident died and an Indian expatriate sustained multiple injuries in a traffic accident involving three vehicles on the Seventh Ring Road toward Fintas. The collision involved a truck driven by the Nepalese expatriate and a minibus driven by an Egyptian expatriate, along with another vehicle.

Security and emergency teams responded to the scene, and the injured Indian expatriate was taken for medical treatment. Authorities have registered a case to determine the cause of the collision and establish responsibility.
