KUWAIT CITY, Sept 26: Sometimes a neighbor does not behave like one when it comes to car parking, reports Al-Rai daily. A Kuwaiti citizen sustained injuries when he was attacked and severely beaten by three sons of his neighbor following a dispute over parking space in Farwaniya area.According to security sources, the citizen went to the police station of his area with a medical report, stating that he had been hit in the head and sustained various bruises all over the body because he was beaten by his three neighbors due to a dispute over parking space.
