NBK will only process online salary transfers starting April – All Business Banking customers urged to register in Salary Portal Service

KUWAIT CITY, April 3: Starting from April 2016, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) will only process online salary transfers. All NBK Business Banking customers, who did not yet register in NBK’s Salary Portal Service, are asked to visit NBK’s closest branch were Business Banking Relationship officer is available  in order to register and benefit from the fast and convenient options it offers.

Once registered, NBK Business Banking customers can start executing the salary and allowance payments online securely at any time in a fast, easy and more convenient way instead of visiting the branch. “Starting from April, NBK Salary Transfers Online will only be processed. This advanced service offers our Business Banking customers a dedicated online portal to instantly transfer their employees’ salaries and allowances at any place and time in the comfort of the office or home without the need to visit the branch anymore,” said  Bader Al Mutawa, NBK’s Assistant General Manager, Consumer Banking Group, Executive Manager, Business Banking Services. “Manual processing of salaries will no longer be available,” noted Al Mutawa.

NBK has dedicated Relationship Officers to help customers process their forms and register for this service online. NBK’s Business Banking customers can also directly send salary transfer reports to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor via this service.
