KUWAIT CITY, Aug 31: According to official statistics, Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) is studying 84 reports of suspected corruption. It has referred to the Public Prosecution 16 complaints that are still pending with the Public Prosecution, reports Al-Rai daily. Regarding the reports in which rulings were issued, the statistics showed that four convictions were issued by the Court of First Instance, one from the Court of Appeals, and two from the Court of Cassation, while the Criminal Court is considering a report on suspicion of corruption.
