KUWAIT CITY, March 26: The Kuwaiti luminaries Nawal Al-Kuwaiti and Nabil Shuail are set to inaugurate the eagerly anticipated “Lailat Omar 2024” festival’s first concerts in its upcoming edition, slated for May 2 at the Arena Theater in Kuwait, reports Al-Qabas daily. Abdulaziz Al-Zaidi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Laila Omar” Company, revealed to Al-Qabas, “This concert marks a historic occasion as it unites the Gulf’s beloved songbirds, Nabil Shuail and Nawal Al-Kuwaiti, sharing a stage in Kuwait for the very first time.”

Al-Zaidi emphasized the distinctiveness of the “Lailat Omar 2024” concerts, featuring a curated selection of stars from both the Gulf region and the broader Arab world. These concerts will span the summer season, building upon the success of the company’s previous festival held last summer. He reassured the Kuwaiti audience of an exceptional season ahead, stating, “Extensive preparations have been underway for months to ensure that the music festival surpasses expectations, encompassing advancements in technology, state-of-the-art equipment, innovative artistic direction, and a diverse repertoire catering to various tastes.”
