KUWAIT CITY, Nov 8: The Ministry of Interior received a report at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, stating that a body with bloodstains had been found under a building in Salmiya, Block 11, located behind a gas station. Responding swiftly, law enforcement and criminal investigators arrived at the scene.

The building's security guard reported hearing a loud noise and, upon investigating, found the lifeless body of the expatriate, who resided in one of the apartments. When questioned about any individuals seen going to the victim's apartment, the guard replied in the negative.

A security source informed that, inside the victim's apartment, a knife and broken glass were discovered. As a result, the Deputy Public Prosecutor was notified, leading to the registration of a suspicious criminal case. Detectives have been assigned to investigate the circumstances of the death, including whether the victim was injured before falling. Forensic experts have also conducted a thorough examination of the apartment, removing all relevant evidence and materials.
