Municipality Takes Swift Action on Cleaning Company

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: The video circulated on social media depicting cleaning workers disposing of waste bins and emptying them onto the sidewalks in the Keifan area. The Municipality has taken the necessary actions in this matter.

Imposing fines on the cleaning company responsible as outlined in the contract:
– Clause No. (31): Disposal and throwing of waste on sidewalks.
– Clause No. (34): Tampering with waste, sorting, and loading it for reuse.
– Non-compliance with the official uniforms for workers.
– Cleaning company operating with area supervisor, Garbage truck driver and two cleaning workers who are not covered by the contract to be dismissed
