Municipality removes 243 camps

KUWAIT CITY, April 12: The Kuwait Municipality announced recently, that the campaigns carried out by the Public Cleanliness and Road Works Department in the Jahra and Al- Ahmadi governorates, with the participation of many vehicles, resulted in the removal of 243 camps in the northern and southern regions.

In a press statement, the municipality confirmed the continuation of the field campaigns launched by the Spring Camps Committee in the governorates of Jahra and Al-Ahmadi to remove the camps, coinciding with the end of the camping season on the 15th of last March. They also stressed on the citizens and residents to abide by the removal of the camps before the municipality’s mechanisms reach them to remove them, and then a block is made for insurance for the owners of the camps.
