After the installation and delivery of the sites allocated by the Municipality, Director General of the municipality is authorized to amend, transfer and shift any of the sites if it conflicts with a public project or public interests without any compensation, noting the municipality bears this responsibility.

It also includes locations for government agency celebrations, public benefit societies, federations, and unions provided that relevant authorities agree to submit a request to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to add and locate a site with the approval of the supervisory authority and with the approved sketch stating the dimensions.

The submission will be valid provided that the required location is examined and licensed for parking commercial vehicles, with approval of the extent of suitability by the Urban Planning Department without referring to the Municipal Council, then a decision shall be issued by the Director General of Municipality for each site.

The source reiterated the Municipality does not specify a location for each mobile vehicle separately, noting it is done through a special committee for mobile vehicles approved by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry according to Municipal Council mechanisms, while the mobile vehicle sites are reserved for each license holder through Ministry of Commerce’s electronic systems.
