Municipal Council says no to opening of massage parlors

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: The Legal and Financial Committee of the Municipal Council has approved the proposal submitted by member Hamdi Al-Azmi not to allow massage rooms to operate in health institutes for men and women in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. (87/2015) concerning health requirements.

The resolution allows show shops and public stores to operate by adhering to health requirements but the same cannot be applicable to massage parlors.
