KUWAIT CITY, Oct 21: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) launched a comprehensive inspection campaign in the Mubarakiya area, under the leadership of Eng. Rabab Al-Osaimi, Acting Director General of the Authority. The initiative is part of PAM’s ongoing efforts to strengthen oversight of the labor market and safeguard the working environment across the country.

The campaign focused on ensuring that all establishments comply with the relevant labor laws and regulations, aiming to protect the rights of both workers and employers. Inspectors carried out thorough checks, assessing adherence to labor standards, workplace safety, and proper documentation of employees.

Eng. Al-Osaimi emphasized that such inspection campaigns are conducted periodically and play a key role in promoting a safe and organized work environment. She highlighted that maintaining regulatory compliance not only supports economic development but also ensures a fair balance between the interests of employers and employees.

“These campaigns are essential to uphold labor rights and create a stable business environment that benefits all stakeholders,” Al-Osaimi stated. “The Authority will continue to implement regular inspections to monitor compliance, identify violations, and provide guidance to establishments to align with labor regulations.”

PAM’s initiative reflects the government’s commitment to strengthening the labor sector, protecting workers, and promoting sustainable economic growth through transparent and fair labor practices.
