KUWAIT CITY, Jan 13: Assistant Director of Traffic Awareness at the General Traffic Department, Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Bu Hassan stressed that drivers involved in minor accidents must immediately remove their vehicles from the road to prevent traffic obstruction and congestion.
Speaking on the “Good Morning Kuwait” program, Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Bu Hassan explained that leaving a vehicle in the middle of the road, especially after a minor collision, constitutes a traffic violation.
Dealing with such accidents by promptly moving the vehicles significantly improves traffic flow, saving time and effort for all road users. Drivers are advised to move their vehicles off the road while waiting for a traffic patrol to arrive or to proceed directly to the nearest police station.
