Minister of Social Affairs announces key changes to charitable associations' regulations.

KUWAIT CITY, April 18: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs Dr. Khaled Al-Ajmi issued Administrative Circular No. 10/2026 on regulating the work of ministry employees under the current circumstances in the region. According to the circular, the official working hours will be amended to require the presence of 50 percent of the total number of employees at their workplaces, based on the directive of the Civil Service Commission (CSC). The circular clarified that 50 percent of the total workforce should be present at their workplaces, except those working in shifts. At the end of the circular, Al-Ajmi stressed that the heads of organizational units and sectors must adhere to the decision to avoid legal repercussions.
