Show will be reviewed through 8 lyrical and theatrical scenes

KUWAIT CITY, March 6: Ministry of Information announced its readiness to present the historical theatrical show ‘Sidrat al-Lullu’ with the participation of a large crowd of senior Kuwaiti artists, stars of theater, drama and singing at the end of the 28th Qurain Cultural Festival in the middle of this month. The official spokesperson for the ministry, Anwar Murad, said in a press statement on Saturday, that the show, which is being prepared in cooperation with the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature, will be reviewed through 8 lyrical and theatrical scenes of the important events that affected Anwar Murad, official spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information.

Murad added that the show will be presented on the occasion of the country hosting the meetings of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, which will be held in Kuwait in mid-March on the Arab and international researchers, travelers, and historians with a dramatic, lyrical, historical vision. She pointed out that this work will witness the participation of a large number of Kuwaiti artists, stars of theatre, drama and singing, and a large number of expressive and traditional performance groups, in addition to the distinguished participation of Ministries of Interior and Education. Murad explained that the Kuwaiti Research and Studies Center has reviewed the historical events of this national historical show, noting that ‘Sidrat al-Lullu’ will be presented on the national stage of Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center. She also indicated that the show documents the important historical events that Kuwait went through through successive ages, noting that it will be attended by the Arab ministers of information participating in the meeting and a crowd of media professionals and intellectuals and guest artists from the Arab world.
