MOI summons Kuwaiti ‘Joker’

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 20: Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department have summoned for interrogation a Kuwaiti after his picture wearing a mask and roaming on the streets of the Capital governorate went viral in the social media, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to a security source the CID men, intensified their investigations and identified the suspect. The security sources pointed out that wearing a mask in public is not permissible because this may be used to commit a crime.

The sources also stressed no one has the right to change the specifications of a vehicle or hide the plate number while driving along a road and the same way no one is permitted to hide one’s face features
