KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: The Cyber Security Department of the Ministry of Interior has stated that you should not purchase products online unless the website is reliable. Those who make purchases online are cautioned to make sure the site is a secured site (https) . It is a protocol that encrypts information and prevents hackers from reading sensitive personal and banking data.
