KUWAIT CITY, May 22: The Ministry of Interior has renewed its reminder about extending the deadline for biometric fingerprint submissions. The new deadline is September 30, 2024, for citizens and December 30, 2024, for residents. The Ministry has also specified the official working locations and times for biometric fingerprinting at the General Administration of Criminal Evidence within the Personal Investigation Departments. This extension is part of the security institution’s efforts to facilitate the process for citizens and residents and expedite the completion of the task.

The Ministry emphasized that all transactions related to the Ministry of Interior will be halted if the biometric fingerprint is not submitted. It urges everyone to book an appointment through the (Sahel) application, the appointment box, and for English speakers, via the “Meta” platform’s website before visiting the designated centers. No individuals will be received without a prior appointment.
