MOI officer arrested for assaulting a Bangladeshi for not washing his car

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 26: The Ministry of Interior tweeted about an officer of MOI who beat up a Bangladeshi for not washing his car for the past 3 days as he had agreed to wash it daily. A case has been registered against the officer, he was arrested and legal measures will be taken against him
