MoH transfers staff to health centers – Transfer according to academic qualifications

KUWAIT CITY, May 28: The Ministry of Health has adopted control mechanisms for the transfer of executive and technical personnel in between central departments and health districts, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily obtained a copy of the mechanisms which include the decision on transfer application according to the manpower needs and nature of health facilities to guarantee justice in assigning workers to various sectors in the ministry.
This is in addition to coordination with the concerned bodies to determine the level of contributions by the employee who requested for transfer based on the academic certificates and qualifications to ensure good performance at work.
