- The employee must be assigned to a grade on the general salary scale.
- The actual working period should be calculated after excluding any breaks (work stoppage), dedication in all its forms, missions, and leaves of any type or duration, official holidays, and weekends, except for sick leaves during hospitalization.
The Ministry has officially launched electronic medical leave services. This comes as part of the Ministry's digital transformation efforts aimed at providing advanced services to the public.
The "Health Fingerprint" will be connected with the "Diwan" system, starting from the beginning of the next year. This linkage will facilitate obtaining health services through a unified and integrated system, streamlining the process for users.
Please note that the appeals process for "Excellent" performance awards is set to begin on November 5, 2023. Interested employees should ensure they meet the specified criteria to be eligible for appeals.
