KUWAIT CITY, Oct 25: Ministry of Education has been working on forming the Budget Estimation Preparation Committee for the 2019/2020 fiscal year, reports Al- Rai daily.In this regard, Ministry of Finance emphasized the need to bear in mind certain regulations when setting up the committee.These regulations include the need to form the committee in line with stipulations contained in the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 6/1994. This means the committee must have representatives of Ministry of Finance including a department chairman and a specialized researcher to carry out the responsibilities stated in the circular in that regard
