Modi and Putin discuss bilateral agenda, ways to enhance partnership

NEW DELHI, Oct 8, (KUNA): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed on Tuesday bilateral cooperation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. A statement from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said that Modi had a telephone conversation with President Putin to review the progress in bilateral agenda.

The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further deepen the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia. The Indian Premier conveyed that he looks forward to welcoming Putin to India for the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit.
