MOCI monitors 64 coops, supermarkets, stores and pharmacies

KUWAIT, May 31: The Kuwaii Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced the monitoring of 64 coops, supermarkets, commercial stores, pharmacies and 80 food branches during its inspection tours of supplies to ensure the flow of sales and delivery of foodstuffs to their beneficiaries, and to determine the extent of its commitment and to maintain the stability of product prices.


MOCI said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Sunday, that its inspection teams’ rounds are continuing their work amid the decisions in effect regarding the relevant procedures to face the repercussions of the spread of Corona Virus (SARS Cove-2) infection that causes (Covid 19).

Emergency center had received 130 complaints via the hotline (135), stressing the need to adhere to the application of the law because of the exceptional circumstance that the country is going through, and that it will be its lookout teams for the lookout for everyone who has asked himself to take advantage of the current circumstance (KUNA)
