KUWAIT, June 6: The Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry states that 8 commercial stores did not comply with the laws which has been laid in accordance with the regulations of the Consumer Protection Law.

The ministry said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) today, Saturday, that its inspection teams monitored 121 cooperative societies, a supermarket, and a vegetable stores to determine the extent of their commitment and to maintain the stability of product prices.

The inspection teams monitored 74 food catering branches to ensure the flow of sales and delivery of food to the people as well as received 186 complaints through the hotline (135).(KUNA)
