KUWAIT CITY, April 21: In a significant move towards enhancing accessibility and efficiency in legal transactions, the Ministry of Justice has unveiled the “Payment of Judicial Fees and Experience Fee Differences” service through the government’s “Sahel” application. This announcement came via a press statement issued by the Ministry on Sunday.

The newly introduced service aims to simplify the payment process for judicial fees and expert fee differences. Through the “Sahel” application, applicants can now conveniently view all pending cases requiring payment of judicial fees and expert fee differences. They can proceed to make electronic payments for these fees and subsequently lift any transaction restrictions following the full payment.
