Ministry scraps advert representative post

KUWAIT CITY, May 15: The Ministry of Justice has struck down from its future job needs the job of an advertising representative, reports Al-Qabas daily. The ministry said in a statement, a copy of which has been received by the daily, that the exclusion of this job comes because the relevant departments are not needed, especially after the issuance of Law No. 9 of 2020 amending the pleadings law for electronic declaration of judicial papers.

According to the statement, the Minister of Justice directed the Minister of State for Enhancing the Integrity of Counselor Jamal Al-Jalawi to address the functional conditions of some workers in the Ministry of Justice, as the ministry has limited its needs to the holders of supervisory positions that support the judiciary.
