KUWAIT CITY, Nov 29: Ministry of Finance has postponed the implementation of value added tax (VAT) on consumable services to conduct further studies in that concern, especially as some members of the Economic Committee have voiced out the need to exempt some consumable items from the policy, reports Al-Shahed daily.
