KUWAIT CITY, May 3: The Ministry of Justice from Sunday, May 3, 2020, will begin the ‘partial’ registration and documentation of the real estate to complete necessary transactions, reports Al- Seyassah daily.

The ministry in a press statement said the transactions will be entertained only after the concerned parties obtain an appointment online through the Justice Ministry portal.

The ministry added inquiries will be received through the service (WhatsApp) Mobile No. 22486559 during official working hours only, provided that the real estate credit facility will be done in some banks in coordination with the Kuwait Banking Association.

The ministry said visitors will be received only at an appointed day and time at the Ministries Complex to complete the necessary transactions for the Capital and Hawalli Governorates, while the headquarters for the Farwaniya Courts Complex will be dedicated to completing transactions for the governorates of Farwaniya and Al-Jahra and the Ahmadi Courts Complex will be designated for the Ahmadi and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorates.
