KUWAIT CITY, Jan 14: The Ministry of Interior, represented by the General Department of Information Systems and in coordination with the General Department of Investigations, has announced the launch of three new electronic services through the unified government e-services application “Sahel.” The move comes as part of the ministry’s ongoing strategy to accelerate digital transformation and modernize the government services system.
The newly launched services include
- Issuance of certificates related to complaints referred to the Technical Office Department,
- Request a meeting with the Director of the Technical Office regarding ongoing complaints and cases, - Sending of official Sahel notifications to summon applicants to visit the Technical Office Department.
The Ministry affirmed that the introduction of these services will enhance procedural efficiency, reduce time and effort for applicants, and improve the overall quality of services provided. This initiative aligns with Kuwait’s broader vision of achieving a fully integrated digital government and strengthening smart public services.
