KUWAIT CITY, Nov 23, (Agencies): In pursuit of advancing its digital transformation initiatives across public services, the Human Resources and Information Technology Sector (General Administration of Information Systems) has collaborated with the General Administration of Nationality - Kuwaiti Travel Documents. Together, they have introduced four new services on the Sahel government application:

  1. Nationality data certificate.
  2. A certificate confirming minor status.
  3. Statement of family members.
  4. Name change certificate.

This strategic move aligns with the Ministry of Interior's commitment to enhancing the quality of public services. It reflects the institution's dedication to keeping pace with the ongoing technological advancements, streamlining processes, and ultimately facilitating time and effort savings for users.
