They’re asking both Kuwaitis and expats to follow all traffic and security rules, along with any guidelines for organizing events. If you’re planning something extra, like bringing in amusement rides, food trucks, bikes, or outdoor shows outside your home, you’ll need to check in with your local police station first and get approval. This helps keep everyone safe and makes sure the celebrations run smoothly.
The Ministry stressed that these steps help manage public events and prevent anything—like equipment or activities—from blocking roads or causing traffic jams. It’s all about protecting people and keeping things running without problems.
Parents should keep an eye on their kids as they go from house to house, and make sure they understand basic safety tips. Drivers need to stick to speed limits and be extra careful, especially on side streets where there will be lots of children out celebrating.
