KUWAIT CITY, Nov 24: In continuation of the surprise inspection campaigns targeting private clinics Minister of Health Dr Ahmad Al-Awadhi issued a decision to close six clinics, most of which operate in the field of cosmetics without a license and are involved in illegal recruitment, reports reports Al-Qabas daily quoting sources from the health sector. Sources said these campaigns have so far led to the punishment of nine doctors — seven non-Kuwaiti and two Kuwaitis. Sources disclosed that four of these doctors were penalized for committing financial violations, while five were suspended.
